The academy
Who operates qimah-academy Academy, how the courses are built, and a seven clause scope declaration that sets out the limits of the service without ambiguity.
Qimah-academy Academy is the training division of qimah-academy Financial Consultancy
One company, one address, and the legal entity you contract with is qimah-academy Financial Consultancy. qimah-academy Academy is the name the company publishes its training under, not a separate entity. This site offers the training and nothing else: the firm's advisory services are not sold from here and are not put to you on the placement call.
The training arm of a consulting firm
Qimah-academy Academy is the training arm of qimah-academy Financial Consultancy, based in Riyadh. The parent firm works in financial analysis, feasibility studies, business valuation and digital finance solutions, and the academy teaches that same work.
Courses are built from real files rather than from the contents pages of textbooks. The case study in the feasibility module is based on a study the team actually prepared, with its figures, its constraints and the parts it had to change after the first review.
The academy is a training entity inside the firm, not an advisory one. What you buy here is a course, a number of hours, an assessment and a certificate of attendance. What you do not buy here is set out in the scope declaration below, in seven clauses, without softening.

Three constraints on every module
A published hour count
Every module has an hour count published on this site, and attendance is recorded against it. No module runs for as long as it takes.
An inspectable output
Every module ends in something the learner produced that somebody else can inspect: a model, a report, or a review note.
Stated limits
Every method is taught together with what it cannot tell you. A module that does not state the limits of its own tools is not approved.
What the academy provides, and what it does not
Seven clauses written to be read literally. They are drafted so that a learner, a regulator and an advertising reviewer come away with the same understanding rather than three different impressions.
Qimah-academy Academy provides training. It delivers courses, sets exercises, marks them and issues a certificate recording the hours a learner attended and the assessment they passed. That is the entire service offered on this site.
The academy does not provide investment advice. Nothing taught, written or said by an instructor is a recommendation or an opinion on the merits of buying, selling or holding anything. Instructors decline personal financial questions and refer them to a licensed adviser.
The academy does not receive or manage money other than course fees. It holds no client funds, operates no accounts on anyone's behalf and takes no commission from any provider of any financial product.
The academy does not present investment opportunities and does not introduce learners to anyone. Where a course covers how to prepare a plan or a report for a financial reader, it teaches the preparation and stops there.
No course, page, instructor or member of staff states or implies a future financial outcome for any learner. Figures used in class are worked examples chosen to demonstrate a method.
A certificate from this academy records training. It is not a professional licence, not a university qualification and not a permit to carry out any regulated activity. Courses covering valuation prepare a learner to understand and check a valuation; they do not make anyone an accredited valuer, which is a separate matter for the competent authority.
This website takes no payments. It has no checkout, no card field and no payment provider on any page. Course fees are settled with the academy directly after a written quotation.
The same seven clauses are repeated verbatim as clause 2 of the terms and conditions, so that a reader who opens only the legal document still gets all of them: Terms and conditions
